Meet the personal trainer who can straighten your spine, sharpen your squat and still crack a joke while counting your reps (yes, really). With over 14 years of experience and a qualification date all the way back in 2011, I've had the pleasure (and occasional pain) of helping folks from all walks of life move better, feel stronger, lose weight and rehabilitate some of the most nagging chronic injuries imaginable.

I specialise in what I call "movement optimisation" - which is basically fancy trainer-speak for teaching your body how to move properly, maximising the benefits of exercise while minimising your chances of injury, pains and random creaks that make you sound like an old wooden ship.

Because nobody likes guesswork, when it comes to fueling up for your epic workouts, I've also bagged a Precision Nutrition Qualification so I can help you refuel efficiently and enjoy the nutritional side of training without feeling like kale is the enemy.

    You will be training in a well-equipped, modern studio which contains both classic and niche apparatus allowing us to perform a wide variety of training techniques.

    The seclusion and privacy of our studio allows you to train in comfort without the madness and stress of conventional gyms.

  • Free Parking Available

    A spacious, free parking space is available so that you can avoid the stress of finding one. The side gate is fingerprint activated and allows access to our studio. If you intend to train with us, Tom will add your fingerprint so that you can use our studio anytime within the opening hours (6AM-10PM).

  • Private Shower Facilities

    A clean, private shower is available so that you never have to leave our studio in a sweaty mess!
