    I’ve been training with Tom for a couple of years and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I started training as a complete novice having very little gym or sporting experience but Tom developed a programme that included significant conditioning and a focus on strength building. I’ve never been as strong as I am. Personally, I get a good confidence boost knowing I look good in clothes with muscle bulk. Some PTs can be a too full on but training with Tom is enjoyable and the gym environment is relaxed and comfortable with a great range of equipment.
    Nothing lost by giving it a go!

    I have been doing one-to-one training with Tom 2-3 times a week, for the past few months, in the run up to my wedding. Not having done anything like this before, i didn't really have any expectations, and to be honest i was a little bit nervous. Almost 3 months in, i am genuinely loving it. I feel and look so much better and have definitely achieved my initial goals, which was to lose body, tone up and ultimately feel great for my wedding. I am so pleased with the results..my wedding dress needed taken in LOADS (yayy) and i looked toned in places i didn't even realise has muscles!!. I can't thank you enough Tom for motivating me, guiding me, educating me (putting up with my tantrums ha) and being an all round great guy...i honestly feel sad next week is my last week...although i am pretty sure i will be sticking around :) If you are toying with the idea of having some PT sessions, i 100% recommend Morgan Fitness, it's the best decision i ever made.

    Tom isn't your usual personal trainer. As well as having great experience with personal training he has a deep understanding of physiotherapy which coupled with a personalised training regimen is producing great results for me. My strength, flexibility and general wellbeing has improved massively since I started training with Tom and I'm planning on coming back regularly to continue with the growth. The gym he has built is clean and has good quality equipment.

Not only did Tom create a plan to suit me & my goals, he also helped to guide me with things like my balance & posture. I have seen massive improvements dropping lbs, inches & body fat %.     I have been going to this gym for just over a year. The space is focused towards strength training, with two squat racks and a bench press rack, along with dumbells and other strength training accessories. It's a small space (which I prefer!) but it's open almost all day, has free parking, is safe at night and everyone here is serious about training. Tom is a great trainer. He has a superb eye for detail, knows the science, knows physiology, and is easy to talk to. He has done wonders for my strength and fitness.

    i went here for some rehab work on my shoulders and hips. i have been to doctors and physios on and off for the past year and my experience with tom is the best I've had in terms of seeing real improvement. he's incredibly friendly and knowledgeable so i can't recommend him enough if u want a personal trainer but even if you just want a place to work out, the facilities are great and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming.

    The best decision I ever made was book in PT sessions with Tom. Feeling bored of exercise, a bit lost and massively uninspired, I really needed guidance. I started initially ahead of my wedding and 8 weeks in, I'm absolutely loving it (and the results)! I'm feeling and looking so much better! Feel really comfortable with Tom which is important to me.. his knowledge blows my mind! And he cares which is amazing! All round great guy!

His positive reputation is fully deserved. He's a really friendly, competent and encouraging trainer. He takes in to consideration where you are now and where you'd like to get to. That may change along the way, but he's flexible and supportive regardless as your goals may change and develop. He will push you, you will curse him out and be raging at him, but in the end you'll be thankful for the encouragement and tough love.

Brilliant gym to be at, with all the machines and free weights you need to facilitate your workout.
